- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (8.5 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, or Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 of a 4 ounce can diced jalapeno peppers, drained
