- 1 (8.5 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (8.5 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, or Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 of a 4 ounce can diced jalapeno peppers, drained
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spary. In a large mixing bowl, stir or whisk together all the ingredients.
Step 2
Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish. Spread in an even layer.
Step 3
Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
