Ingredients
- 4 lbs. (two bags) Confectioner’s or powder sugar
- ¾ cup Meringue
- 1 ⅓ – 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 – 4 tbsp Oil-free extract or flavoring (almond)

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Step 2
Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 5-6 hours (or until chicken is cooked through)
Step 3
Use two forks to shred chicken.
Step 4
Serve hot with toppings, if desired.
