  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, or Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 of a 4 ounce can diced jalapeno peppers, drained
