Audio and video out of sync after rendering

  • choose custom export
  • turn OFF ‘reorder frames’
  • under advanced options, uncheck ‘bypass re-encode’

How to extend 1 frame (freeze frame)

The entire clip becomes a freeze frame of the frame you parked the playhead over.

  • position the playhead over the frame you want to be the freeze frame
  • Select the clip
  • and choose Clip > Freeze Frame
